Please Help Ajia get to Europe this Summer!

Ajia has been invited to sing with American Music Abroad in Europe this Summer, and we need some help getting her there.

For the past forty-four years, American Music Abroad has arranged amazing tour experiences for over 38,000 high school age musicians. They have enjoyed esteemed receptions at concerts, broadened horizons and created wonderful memories as tour participants. Most returning American Music Abroad students feel that the experience is one of the most enriching and educational of their lives.

The total cost of the trip is $5,673.50 . We have paid off almost half of it, but as we get closer to the trip, the payment requirements are getting higher, and finances are tight! We thought there would be more fundraising opportunities with the tour, but the one they did send out used a very high percentage of the donations for the program instead of for the individual child the donor was giving for. We didn't think it was fair for those donating. Plus who needs more wrapping paper or cookies?

So it's up to us! We need another $3,598.50 to finish paying it off, so we're biting the bullet and asking if anyone would be willing to donate to help get her there.

A little info about this experience and opportunity of a lifetime:

The 2023 American Music Abroad Freedom Tour will be performing in and visiting cities throughout Germany, Austria, France, Italy and the Czech Republic! The itinerary is carefully planned for exciting, educational, and cultural experiences. Some of the places they will visit are Prague, Salzburg, Venice, the Tyrolean region of Austria, the Bavarian region of Germany and the Alsace region of France. The concerts are often arranged by local cultural or musical organizations.

The donations will help to cover the flight, hotel rooms, meals and transportation during the tour.
