24 years as a Marine. 5 deployments, 3 were combat tours. Injured physically and drained emotionally , beaten, loss of hearing, back fusions, etc.. He's witnessed the horror of wars and paid a heavy toll physically and emotionally and all that he wants is to come home, retire and enjoy his remaining days with his family.
My brother witnessed and was a part of wars that everyday individuals will never understand. At the end of the day all he wanted was to come back to the place he loved, retire and live the American dream with his family and friends.
He's been home for a while and recently submitted his papers for retirement but tragedy hit. He lost his home and important items to a massive fire.
I don't ask a lot but I'm asking my friends, family, and people I have never met to step up to the plate and donate to help my brother, the Marine, and because my brother loves our country and the citizens enough to serve it for 24 years.
