Funeral & Head Stone Fees

Marsha was my twin sister. She was diagnosed with ovarian cancer 3 years ago and at that time given 1 year to live.  She fought a very hard battle & lasted 3 years.  We thought she had a burial policy but when we called after she passed away, we were told that $4000 was still owed on the policy.  We were informed that we are able to pay up in installments but $500 had to be paid immediately to open the grave.  Now we have to finish paying for the funeral expenses and a headstone.  We are all on fixed incomes or (social security or disability) and can't afford to pay  Additionally, my brother Steve passed away exactly a year ago and we haven't been able to afford a headstone for him.
