As many of you are aware, about a month ago, AJ Fetty was taken to the hospital for what they believed would be mono. He was sent directly to Children’s Hospital in Pittsburgh where they identified multiple medical concerns. AJ had masses on his liver and was immediately very ill. Over the last few weeks he spent most of his time at Children’s Hospital in Pittsburgh PA where he even “celebrated” his 16th birthday. These trips back and forth were a sudden and unexpected expense for his family. Unfortunately on October 30, 2023, AJ succumb to his illness!

AJ was a kind and gentle soul! He was a sophomore at Lakeview High School and was known by many as a true sweetheart!! He could often be found with the superfans rooting for the Sailors!! He will be missed by so many!! Although our little community has been through so much in the last few months, if you are able I ask that you please consider donating any amount to offset the funeral expenses of this young man!
