Hi, my name is AJ Fernandez, and I am currently a student at James Madison University. On October 25, 2026, I will be running the Marine Corps Marathon while representing the American Cancer Society to help raise awareness in the fight against cancer. This journey is deeply personal to me because it was inspired by the loss of someone very close to me. By running in their honor, I hope to turn that loss into purpose and support a cause that touches so many lives.
