L'alluvione di Bologna ha messo in ginocchio me e la mia azienda: aiutateci a rialzarci!

Cari amici,

Sono Massimo Torre, e a 56 anni non avrei mai pensato di trovarmi qui, a chiedere il vostro aiuto. La mia azienda, Digi-Instruments, è il frutto di oltre 25 anni di lavoro, sacrifici, sogni e fatica. Situata a Borgonuovo, alle porte di Bologna, ho costruito questa realtà con passione, insieme ai miei quattro dipendenti, che per me sono come una famiglia.

L’alluvione di ottobre 2024 ha colpito senza pietà. Il nostro magazzino, le attrezzature, il mobilio, i computer, persino la nostra auto aziendale sono stati sommersi da una devastante ondata di acqua e fango. In un attimo, tutto è andato distrutto. Siamo di fronte a danni superiori ai 240.000€, una cifra impossibile da affrontare senza aiuto.

L’assicurazione ci ha voltato le spalle, affermando che copre solo gli allagamenti e non alluvioni. Nessun sostegno è arrivato dalle istituzioni. Per nostra fortuna abbiamo potuto contare sul supporto di familiari e volontari che, con immenso cuore, ci stanno aiutando a spalare il fango.

Ma questo non basta per ripartire. La mia azienda è ferma e, senza un supporto urgente, rischia di chiudere per sempre. I fondi raccolti ci aiuteranno a riparare l’edificio, riacquistare le attrezzature necessarie e recuperare i dati aziendali vitali per continuare.

Non sto chiedendo solo per me, ma per le famiglie che dipendono da questa azienda. Per favore, se puoi, fai una donazione. E se non ti è possibile, ti chiedo di condividere la nostra storia. Ogni contributo, anche il più piccolo, ci avvicina a una speranza di rinascita.

Grazie di cuore a tutti quelli che ci aiuteranno. Ogni gesto, ogni parola di incoraggiamento, ci dà la forza di andare avanti.

Dear friends,

My name is Massimo Torre, and I never imagined I’d be here asking for your help. My family-owned business, Digi-Instruments, is the result of 20 years of hard work, sacrifice, dreams, and perseverance. Located in Borgonuovo, I built this company with passion, alongside my family and two employees, who are like family to me. We’ve overcome many challenges, including the recent pandemic, but the October 2024 flood struck without mercy. Our warehouse, equipment, and even our company car were swallowed by a devastating wave of water and mud. In a matter of moments, everything was destroyed. The insurance company has turned its back on us, stating they only cover flooding, not full-scale floods. We are now facing over €240,000 in damages, a sum impossible to bear without help. The business is at a standstill, and without urgent support, we may have to close for good.

No assistance has come from the authorities, only from family and volunteers, who with enormous heart, are helping us clear the mud. But this isn’t enough to get back on our feet. The funds raised will help us repair the building, replace vital equipment, and recover essential business data.
