Aiuta mia zia a combattere la sclerosi multipla

Ciao a tutti, mi chiamo Daniela e ho iniziato questa raccolta fondi per mia zia Stanislava che è malata di sclerosi multipla. Ha 47 anni, una bimba di 14 anni e questa brutta malattia è cominciata nel 2004-2006.

Tutto è iniziato dopo che nello stesso anno ha subito la perdita di suo padre(mio nonno), e suo figlio appena nato. Dopo questo grandissimo dolore ha iniziato a sentire un forte giramento di testa che l'ha costretta a letto per oltre una settimana, i dottori pensavano che fosse dovuto al trauma subito e le hanno prescritto dei tranquillanti.

Nel 2009, dopo un'altra gravidanza risoltasi in aborto spontaneo, è nata mia cugina ed è tornata ad esserci gioia nella sua vita. Tra prendersi cura della bimba, della famiglia, del lavoro non dava peso ai sintomi che si facevano sempre più evidenti, finché una mattina provando a correre per prende l'autobus si è accorta di non riuscire più a correre...

Questa volta la diagnosi del medico è chiara: sclerosi multipla con molte lesioni al cervello e al midollo spinale. Da qui in poi ha iniziato la terapia, cambiandone diverse negli anni ma purtroppo senza molti risultati, arrivando a dover abbandonare il suo lavoro da infermiera che amava perché non poteva più reggere lo sforzo fisico, e a camminare con l'aiuto del bastone per non cadere.

Da qui in poi non ci sono molte altre opzioni, per questo ha cercato un'alternativa in questa cura che si chiama HSCT, e consiste nell'inserimento di cellule staminali dopo aver distrutto il sistema immunitario tramite chemioterapia. Lo scopo è creare un nuovo sistema immunitario che non attacchi più sé stesso e darle la possibilità di poter migliorare, tornare piena di energia e prendersi cura di sua figlia. La cifra che sto raccogliendo comprende il costo delle spese mediche per la clinica e il biglietto aereo perché mia zia vive in Bulgaria. Non è escluso che dopo la terapia potrebbero servire altri soldi per la riabilitazione, e un primo periodo di isolamento visto che il suo sistema immunitario sarà come quello di un neonato, e quindi estremamente a rischio di infezioni. Ma il primo step, il ricovero nella clinica è quello più importante, e la data in cui verrà ricoverata è 26 marzo 2024.

I soldi una volta raccolti verranno trasferiti sul suo conto.

Здравейте на всички, казвам се Даниела и стартирах тази кампания за набиране на средства за моята леля Станислава, която страда от множествена склероза. Тя е на 47 години, има дъщеря на 14 години и тази ужасна болест започна през 2004-2006 година.

Всичко започна, след като тя претърпя загубата на баща си (дядо ми) и новородения си син през същата година. След тази силна болка тя получи силен главовъртеж, което я принуди да лежи повече от седмица.Докторите смятали че се дължи на травмата която е претърпяла и предписали успокоителни.

През 2009 г., след поредната бременност, завършила със спонтанен аборт, се роди братовчедка ми и в живота й отново имаше радост. Между грижите за бебето, семейството и работата, тя не придаваше никаква тежест на симптомите, които ставаха все по-очевидни, докато една сутрин се опита да се затича за да хване автобуса и осъзна, че не може да тича...

Този път диагнозата на лекаря е ясна: множествена склероза с много лезии в главния и гръбначния мозък. Оттук нататък тя започна терапия, и смени няколко през годините, но за съжаление без особени резултати, което доведе до това, че трябваше да напусне работата си като медицинска сестра, която обичаше, защото вече не можеше да се справя с физическото усилие и трябваше да ходи с помощта на бастун за да не падне...

Оттук нататък няма много други възможности, поради което тя потърси алтернатива в това лечение, което се нарича HSCT и се състои от наливане на стволови клетки след унищожаване на имунната система чрез химиотерапия. Целта е да се създаде нова имунна система, която вече не атакува само себе си. Сумата, която събирам, включва разходите за медицински разходи за клиниката и самолетния билет, тъй като леля ми живее в България. Не е изключено след терапията да са необходими повече средства за рехабилитация, както и първоначален период на изолация, тъй като имунната й система ще бъде като на новородено бебе и следователно изключително застрашена от инфекции. Но първата стъпка, приемането в клиниката, е най-важна, а датата, на която тя ще бъде приета е 26 март 2024 г.

Hello everyone, my name is Daniela and I started this fundraiser for my aunt Stanislava who suffers from multiple sclerosis. She is 47 years old, has a 14 year old girl and this nasty disease started in 2004-2006.

It all started after she suffered the loss of her father (my grandfather) and her newborn son in the same year. After this great pain she started to feel very dizzy which forced her to bed for over a week. The doctors thought it was due to the trauma she had suffered and prescribed tranquilizers.

In 2009, after another pregnancy that ended in miscarriage, my cousin was born and there was joy in her life again. Between taking care of the baby, the family, and work, she didn't give any weight to the symptoms that were becoming more and more evident, until one morning, while trying to run to catch the bus, she realized that she could no longer run...

This time the doctor's diagnosis is clear: multiple sclerosis with many lesions in the brain and spinal cord. From here on she began therapy, changing several over the years but unfortunately without much results, resulting in her having to abandon her job as a nurse which she loved because she could no longer handle the physical effort, and having to walk with the help of a cane to avoid falling...

From here on there are not many other options, which is why she looked for an alternative in this treatment which is called HSCT, and consists of the insertion of stem cells after destroying the immune system through chemotherapy. The aim is to create a new immune system that no longer attacks itself. The amount I am collecting includes the cost of medical expenses for the clinic and the plane ticket because my aunt lives in Bulgaria. It is not excluded that after the therapy more money may be needed for rehabilitation, and an initial period of isolation given that her immune system will be like that of a newborn, and therefore extremely at risk of infections. But the first step, admission to the clinic, is the most important one, and the date on which she will be admitted is March 26, 2024.
