Hai mai visto qualcuno che non parla…
ma ti chiede aiuto con lo sguardo?
Lui è Inti.
Il mio gatto. Il mio compagno.
Da 7 anni siamo insieme.
Ma adesso sta male.
E da solo non ce la fa.
COSA GLI STA SUCCEDENDO
Inti ha una grave malattia al cuore.
Respira male.
Ha liquido nei polmoni.
Problemi intestinali.
E una vecchia frattura al bacino che non si è mai sistemata.
Fa fatica perfino ad andare in bagno.
Nel suo corpo ci sono ancora dei piombini da fucile.
Sì. Qualcuno gli ha sparato.
Prima che io lo adottassi.
COME L’HO INCONTRATO
L’ho trovato anni fa, in un parco.
C’era tanta gente.
Ma lui è venuto da me.
Zoppicava.
Mi ha guardata.
E non ci siamo più lasciati.
Abbiamo dormito insieme, viaggiato insieme, vissuto tutto insieme.
Ora sono io a chiedere aiuto.
Per lui.
QUANTO COSTA CURARLO
Inti è ricoverato da giorni.
Le cure costano 150–200 euro al giorno.
Abbiamo già speso più di 900 euro.
Serviranno almeno altri 1.500.
Attualmente è ricoverato presso la Clinica Veterinaria Città Di Catania

Faccio musica, arte.
Vivo del mio lavoro.

This is Inti.
My cat. My companion.
We’ve been together for 7 years.
But now he’s sick.
And he can’t make it on his own.
WHAT’S HAPPENING TO HIM
Inti has a serious heart condition.
He struggles to breathe.
There’s fluid in his lungs.
He has intestinal issues.
And an old pelvic fracture that never healed.
Even going to the bathroom is hard for him.
There are still shotgun pellets in his body.
Yes. Someone shot him.
Before I adopted him.
HOW I MET HIM
I found him years ago in a park.
There were lots of people.
But he came to me.
Limping.
He looked at me.
And we’ve never been apart since.
We’ve slept together, traveled together, lived everything together.
Now I’m the one asking for help.
For him.
HOW MUCH HIS CARE COSTS
Inti has been hospitalized for days.
Treatment costs €150–200 per day.
We’ve already spent over €900.
We’ll need at least another €1,500.
