Aishwarya's Wimbledon Junior U-14 2022 Journey
Donation protected
Hello, I am Vikram Bhosale, and I am fundraising for Aishwarya Jadhav as she has been selected to compete in Wimbledon U-14 Junior Championship 2022. She is the only Indian player chosen to play in this category. Not even India's beloved Sania Mirza achieved this at her age.
Aishwarya Jadhav represents India in ITF World tour. She is from Kolhapur Maharashtra. At 13 years, she is ranked No. 1 in Girls Under 14 and No. 4 in Girls Under 16.
This Gofundme page is set up to help Aishwarya with the cost of equipment to help her succeed and become the first Indian player to achieve this feat.
Aishwarya comes from a very humble household with her father working as Land Surveyor. At Wimbledon, Aishwarya will be facing some top of the class tennis players from well-equipped countries. At the moment, every tennis racquet, shoe, and sportswear is paid from the family’s savings. Just last year, Aishwarya lost a match she was winning because her shoe broke and even with the help of her dad, she could not get it fixed. It will be a great regret if something like this happens on such a big stage. The costing breakdown is below:

Some might ask why I am raising funds for Aishwarya. I am not related to Aishwarya. The only thing common between us is that we were born in the same city, Kolhapur. I spoke to Aishwarya a few times, and she comes across as a strong and very determined person. Before setting up this page, I have contacted multiple sponsorship avenues and agents, but they are not keen to support an Indian tennis player until they reach this stage. Helping Aishwarya at this stage will set her up to be easily represented for the rest of her career, and we will be able to help a fantastic sportsperson realize their dream.
Your small contribution could shape entire career and life for Aishwarya Jadhav. I and Aishwarya would greatly appreciate your help.
I will also ensure to keep you posted on her success as she starts her journey.
Kind Regards,
Vikram Bhosale
