Airplane Project - Engine Overhaul

Hello everyone and thank you very much for taking a look at our fundraiser. We are over two years into a homebuilt airplane project with hopefully just a little over a year to go. We are very budget conscious and that is why we decided to build our dreams of having a small airplane into reality as we are unable to just purchase. It has been a long difficult road already, but it feels great to be on the downhill side.

We have purchased a used Lycoming O-320-E2A aircraft engine that needs work to be fit for our airplane project. At the very least, the plan is to convert it to fuel injection. We also need to upgrade the mags along with other little things along the way.

My parents have been a HUGE support and encouragement along the way and I have to thank them here for that. We wouldn't be this far along today if it wasn't for their support.

We are looking to get $5,000 to help with the cost to overhaul our engine. This plane is MORE than a hobby as I am now working towards getting my commercial license. When this plane is completed, it will help tremendously in building flight time. It's also a large part of our future travel plans, the ability to visit family, helping encourage future aviators (maybe Daniel and Corbin) and blessing others through Angel Flight, Pilots N Paws and EAA Young Eagles. Every little bit counts! Even if you can only donate $5, $10 or $20; it is GREATLY appreciated!
