Hi, it's Airie here. And this is beautiful Rhys (Reese) he was recently hospitalized almost at deaths door, and we found out his bile duct was clogged, his pancreas, stomach, and liver were inflamed, and his liver values were terrible. He had to stay in emergency intensive care overnight and then be transferred to Emergency internal medicine for another night. And this happened 4 more times.
Finally the solution is to remove his gall bladder.
As you can imagine this was and is dreadfully expensive as well as frightening. I'm now on a limited income after surviving cancer and finally feeling a little better three years after chemotherapy. If you know me, you know, I lost my business over Covid lockdown and have been scraping along on a very limited income ever since.
Yes, I had some cat insurance but of the $10,000 My Cats (mostly Rhys) have cost me over the past two months it barely covered half of it. Now he has to have surgery, and I'll need help with his care afterwards because of my disabilities.
I know you all feel me and I've always insisted that we should all have pet insurance. But what happens when pet insurance gets expensive and Veterinary costs get even more expensive? And you don't get as much back as you used to from them you end up in my situation.
I love him so much, please help me save him.
