AIREWAVE - World's Toughest Row 2025

Donation protected
As a solo participant, I plan on doing the world’s toughest row in 2025. This race takes place in La Gomera every December and aims to traverse 3000 miles of the Atlantic Ocean to Antigua whilst battling fierce storms, sleep deprivation and the occasional flying fish.

I am also rowing in support of The Rivers Trust. The Rivers Trust bring together the people, knowledge, data and intelligence to empower communities to take action
and be part of the solution; ensuring rivers thrive. Our rivers are an integral part of our communities and The Rivers Trust is leading the movement to protect them.
Protecting them from the impacts of pollution from water companies and agriculture as well
as the devasting global consequences of climate change.

The World’s Toughest Row is not only a physical and mental challenge, but a logistical one. Hence, getting to the actual start line of the race in La Gomera can be considered much harder than rowing across the ocean. Your support will be greatly appreciated and will allow me to fully focus on the physical and technical aspects of ocean rowing. My personal goal for the race is to be competitive. This will consist of days rowing over 20 hours to capitalise on the weather windows in the Atlantic
