Airen's Top Surgery

Ever since I first allowed myself to acknowledge my true gender, I have wanted one change most of all. On my journey as a trans man I need chest surgery to feel like the body I'm in is my own rather than an upsetting, embarrassing, ill fitting costume that I can't escape. There are no words to describe how important this is to me or how many times I think of it daily. I'm not always good at asking for things and I'm trying to save what I can for this, but I don't want to imagine how long it would take if I had to do it on my own.  Thank you so much for whatever you can give, every little bit really does help.
