We are the Friends of Folksworth CofE primary school. Our goal is to improve the education and school environment for all pupils so they have an enriched education.

The school is small and set in a rural setting, so it struggles with fundraising. Since our establishment the Friends group have held fundraising events, funding the purchase of VR headsets for the classrooms and educational interactive lessons from exterior companies.

The school currently has air conditioning in one of its four classrooms. Our goal is to have air conditioning fitted in the other three rooms so children and teachers can have a comfortable working space and won’t suffer in the heat. We hope you can help us achieve this goal and better the educational environment for the children.
