AirAware: Empowering Youth for Clean Classrooms
Donation protected
We, Avi Gulati and Jonathan Vidal, are researchers and students from South Florida, committed to improving the air quality in our classrooms to support better cognitive performance and overall health. Our initiative focuses on monitoring and optimizing CO2 levels in various classroom environments, recognizing clean air's critical role in our learning and cognitive abilities.
Despite the well-known impacts of indoor air quality, there has been insufficient attention to the air our students breathe daily. This project aims to assess and enhance classroom air quality and raise awareness about the often-overlooked aspect of environmental health—indoor pollution. Our goal is to create healthier learning spaces that foster concentration, well-being, and academic success.
Your support will help us equip classrooms with the necessary technology to monitor air quality and implement improvements based on our findings. Together, we can make a significant difference in the lives of countless students by ensuring they have the best possible environment to learn and thrive.
