Leah, Millie, and Nick are coming together to raise vital funds for Isaac who is courageously living with Batten disease (CLN2) and childhood dementia. We will be walking up mount Snowdon on the 3rd of January to help raise funds for his family and himself . Every day brings new challenges for Isaac , and the family is working hard to create a safe, accessible home environment that meets his growing needs.
