Breast cancer, what the heck!?! I never expected this to happen to me! I guess no one ever really does! My diagnosis closed out 2020 and 2021 will be about healing and recovery. I have been to so many appointments with doctors that have spent their lives studying and walking people through this process. I am so thankful for the genius minds God has put in everyone who will be caring for me! I have felt SO cared for by everyone around me! Friends going with me to appointments, tears that well up in friends eyes when I tell them cause they can’t fathom why this would happen to me, precious kids that don’t quite understand but know that hugs make everything feel better, so many prayers that I can literally feel the effects of them…most of all I have felt so cared for by God! He is so stinkin good, even in the midst of something that seems so horrible. He just holds my hand and gives me this crazy peace. He has walked me through decisions and even given me joy through everything. I can’t wait to see all that will happen through all of this! Thank you for all of your prayers and support!
