Title: Help Aimee Rebecca King Receive a Life-Saving Liver Transplant

Hello everyone,

I am Joshua King, and I am reaching out to our friends, family, and community for assistance in raising funds for my courageous mom, Aimee Rebecca King. My mom was born in Wyandotte, MI. She is a single mother of two amazing boys, Joshua King (myself) and Justin King, and is much loved within our community.

My mom has been battling severe liver disease, which has taken a toll on her health. Her liver isn't functioning as it should, and she is currently waiting for a life-saving liver transplant. The medications she's been taking to manage the disease have caused side effects such as irritated, itchy skin; swelling in her legs; trouble sleeping, leading to exhaustion; as well as persistent headaches. The pain and fatigue have been especially draining given her pre-existing health conditions of diverticulitis, peripheral neuropathy, three hernias, and degenerative arthritis.

My mom is currently living with me, and I am always there for her, offering support whenever needed. My younger brother, Justin, and his fiancée also live nearby and frequently check in on her too. My mom feels blessed to have her sons by her side; she often calls us her "Magic Boys."

The costs associated with liver transplant surgery and the subsequent post-operative care are substantial. We are humbly asking for your support to help my mom receive the critical medical treatment she needs and to provide our family with hope for a healthy future for her.
