Aikahi Elementary Outdoor Learning Spaces

Aikahi Elementary is building two outdoor learning/play spaces for our students and teachers!  These covered spaces will have turf, roofing, and beautiful murals painted to inspire students and create a welcoming and exciting place to learn.  Although we will be able to use these outdoor spaces for years to come, they are especially important in the 2020-2021 school year as we work to socially distance and keep our Aikahi ohana safe and healthy!  

Update:  Because of the amazing community support and interest in this project, we have raised our goal to $20,000.  In addition to the two outdoor spaces which are almost finished, this will allow us to build an additional space that will hold two classes.  Funds raised will pay for paint, turf, furniture and building materials and will be held by the Aikahi Elementary PTA.  Any funds raised above our goal will be used throughout the year for COVID-19 related campus enhancements such as additional outdoor spaces, furniture, sanitation, and safety measures.  Mahalo for your support.

Funds raised from this campaign will be held by the Aikahi Elementary PTA, who are running this online campaign.  Parent volunteers will transfer the funds directly to the Aikahi Elementary PTA.
