I'm not one to ask for help. Lately, it's been overwhelming. We already have so much going on with our home here in California.

On February 22, 2025, our home in Minnesota had a pipe freeze and burst a month before we had to close the sale. It was not discovered until the 25th late afternoon. This caused extensive damage to the home. The pipe burst from the bathroom on the 2nd floor, making water come down to the main floor, causing the ceiling to come down in our guest bathroom and water damage to surrounding rooms, extending down to the basement, flooding the basement. We are obviously responsible to get it fixed with the sale not being finalized. Luckily, insurance is covering this, but we still have to be responsible for the 5k deductible, mortgage, and utilities along with our home here and everything going on with this home in California (we cannot talk about yet).

We are fundraising to cover the additional expenses that have come up due to the damage in our Minnesota home. We need help to manage the deductible, mortgage and utilities for both homes during this difficult time. Anything helps I appreciate your prayers and love during this difficult time.
