Hi everyone. My name is Janice Lachapelle and I am doing this for my hubby, Jon Lachapelle, and myself.

In January of this year, we found out Jon's PSA numbers were going up. They did a biopsy and then on March 13th, on the same day his dad passed, we found out he has cancer.

It's been a long road since that day and now finally he is getting radiation treatments. He will be doing this for the next 40 days, five days a week.

In the middle of all of this, I fell after coming home from a freestanding ER, up our front steps. EMS was called and to the ER again. This time they kept me as they told me my oxygen levels were low and I was in DKA and had to be admitted to ICU.

My husband's part-time job has greatly slowed down and we are having issues with bills and would like to be able to help our daughter with gas as she is taking him for the radiation, etc.
