Hello Everyone,

We hope this message finds you well. We are reaching out on behalf of a close friend who is currently navigating an incredibly challenging situation and could greatly use the support of her community.

Over the past ten days, she has experienced an overwhelming series of events. Five days before Christmas, her mother was admitted to the hospital and is now in hospice care. Just days after her mother’s hospitalization, her beloved cat passed away. Then, three days after Christmas, her father suffered a serious fall, resulting in multiple fractures, including a broken wrist, elbow, and eye socket. He is now in the hospital as well.

Given these circumstances, she is understandably struggling to manage everything on her own. As a single mother with no additional support, she now needs to take a leave of absence to care for her father, who is expected to be discharged in the next day or two. This leave will unfortunately be without any pay, making it even more difficult for her to manage her financial responsibilities during this stressful time.

To help alleviate some of the financial strain, we have set up a GoFundMe page to support her during this difficult period. We are humbly asking for any contribution, no matter how small, to help ease her burden. This has been an incredibly hard holiday season for her, and we are hopeful that with your generosity, we can bring a little light to her during such a dark time.
