Coronavirus Relief for Indian Doctors

My name is Rohan Prabhu. I am 16 years old and attend high school in Boston, MA.
My parents grew up and studied medicine in India. They now work at Boston Children's Hospital and Newton Wellesley Hospital, which are institutions with the resources to get through the COVID-19 pandemic. But not every hospital has these resources. Many of their classmates and friends in India are operating without adequate equipment and are being harassed while commuting to and from their work at their hospitals.
Due to irrational anger and fear about the virus, not only are doctors in India short on equipment, but they are also being threatened, spat at and even attacked as they battle to stop the spread of coronavirus.
They are even being evicted from their homes . This is happening at a time when leading doctors there are warning of an "onslaught" of cases that could cripple the health system in India.
I am working with the Rotary Club of Delhi Southend (District 3011) through my mother's classmate in medical college, Dr. Sumeet Naroola. The money raised will be used to provide personal protective equipment, help fund living accommodations for doctors, and ensure safety of healthcare providers as they enter the heart of the storm everyday to help fight the war against the virus. Dr. Naroola and the club will oversee the distribution of the funds I raise and ensure essential materials are made available to healthcare workers in the area. Doctors will win the fight against COVID-19. However, they are being pushed to their emotional and physical limits, and there is a need to fill the gaps in key resources. This is an all-hands-on-deck moment and I am asking you to join me in bringing aid to those that enter the storm everyday to end this.
