Aidez mon meilleur ami à trouver un logement plus sûr

Bonjour !

Je fais ce GoFundme pour aider mon meilleur ami Samael, actuellement dans un burn out autistique, récemment sans emploi et un très mauvais logement qui lui donne des problèmes de santé.

C'était le seul appartement qu'il pouvait trouver dans un temps limité après avoir été forcé de partir de la maison de ses parents, ayant vécu déjà plusieurs déménagements avant ça, Cela fait maintenant deux ans qu'il a déménagé dans ce logement, malgré les problèmes comme le froid entrant dans l'appartement par la fenêtre mal isolée/fissures et le chauffage électrique très vieux qui est un gouffre financier.

Ces derniers mois la situation est devenue encore plus difficile et il doit maintenant faire face à :

- ses murs qui se détériorent de plus en plus, détérioration qui a révélé une présence inquiétante de moisissure dans les murs

- Des fourmis charpentières qui s'infiltrent de l’extérieur grâce a la détérioration des murs, colonisant l’intérieur, rendant les dégâts plus conséquents

- De nouveaux voisins fumant constamment drogues/cigarettes, l'odeur envahissant complètement le logement avec pratiquement aucune solution de pour s’en débarrasser. Samael est autiste, le rendant constamment submergé par les odeurs, sur les nerfs et dans la douleur.

- Être constamment malade avec nez qui coule, irrité, yeux rouges qui démangent, gorge qui gratte, éternuements constants et maux de tètes un jour sur deux.

À côté de sa propre santé, il est aussi inquiet concernant son chat, étant donné qu'elle a déjà les poumons fragiles depuis la naissance et a déjà été mise sous médicaments pour des allergies respiratoires.

Samael aimerait donc déménager, mais avec du marché immobilier actuel, sans emploi et sans famille, la recherche est difficile.

L’argent reçu aidera Samael et son chat à trouver un meilleur endroit pour vivre, couvrir les dépenses pour le nouveau loyer, la caution, les frais d'agence et le camion de déménagement.

Toute aide est la bienvenue, aussi petite qu’elle soit, et elle sera grandement appréciée.

Hi !

I’m making this GoFundme on behalf on my best friend Samael who’s struggling with autistic burnout, unemployment and a really bad apartment that is causing him some health concerns.

It was the only apartment he could find in a short notice after being forced to move out of his parents' house, having moved several times prior to that. He has been staying in this place for around 2 years, despite a few issues, such as cold entering the apartment from cracks and the heater being very old and a huge money pit.

In the past few months, the situation has become even more dire overtime and he's now dealing with:

- the walls started crumbling even more, which revealed a concerning amount of mold inside of them

- outside ants taking advantage of this and colonizing the apartment over the summer from the cracks, further deteriorating the walls

- new next-door neighbors chain-smoking drugs and cigarettes, and the smell completely filling the apartment with no way to get rid of it, despite acquiring an air purifier to help. Samael is autistic, so this makes him feel constantly overwhelmed and overstimulated, to the point of physical pain

- being constantly sick with a runny nose, itchy nose and eyes, an irritated throat, constant sneezing and headaches almost daily

Aside from his own health, Samael also worries about his cat's health, given that she's had fragile lungs since birth and has already been on meds for allergies as well.

Samael is currently planning to move out of this apartment, but given how complicated the house market is at the moment, and without his family's support, the search has been difficult. That's why I decided to try to help my friend by starting this crowdfund.

All money received will go towards giving Samael and his cat a better place to live, helping with the new rent, the security deposit, the real estate fees and the moving truck required. Every little bit helps and is highly appreciated.
