Aiden's Fight Against Severe and Ongoing Health Issues

In September of 2022, Aiden received a major concussion playing lacrosse from a player who was playing extremely dangerously. He had gone through a year and a half of intense therapy-including vision therapy, OT, PT, speech, 2 functional neurology programs, and 2
hospitalizations where most were paid out of pocket, and not covered by insurance. In the last month, he has had 2 ambulance rides and hospitalizations, where Aiden randomly started having serious respiratory issues out of nowhere. He went into acute respiratory failure twice this last month. He’s gone through so many appointments in the last few weeks for them to not be able to fully pinpoint what is happening. They know his brain is in a constant hyper-activated state, which is causing constant fight or flight of his autonomic nervous system, in addition to severe dysautonomia responses. Unfortunately, this is causing acute respiratory hyperventilation issues, and has increased the amount and intensity of serious non epileptic seizures. His POTS is in overdrive, and is impacting his heart rate and blood pressure dysregulation. On Monday, he stopped breathing and was not responding to pain stimuli or sternum rubs. They are not sure what his next treatment steps will be, but we know there are a few options. There is a psychologist who specializes in PNES treatment, and severe medical trauma to help his severely dysregulated sympathetic nervous system, a practitioner that does specific brain mapping and highly regulated neuro feedback, and two locations that practice what most of Europe does, which is hyperbaric therapy and PEMF therapy to decrease all the inflammation within his brain.
Unfortunately, every single one of these is not covered by insurance on top of the huge pile of medical bills that will be coming their way. Crystal only has a small amount of sick days remaining, and will need to take any others as dock or unpaid days to bring Aiden to appointments.
Those of you who know the Rademacher's know they are the most genuine, loving people, and any help you can give them will be greatly appreciated!
