My name is Markesha. I am the wife of a wonderful man who has been unfortunately fighting end-stage renal failure and congestive heart failure for 21 years now. He had a kidney transplant in 2007 that rejected in 2010 and has been back on dialysis ever since. Due to the long-term renal failure, his heart has gotten worse over the years and now is functioning at 10%-15%. Due to this, his mobility has become limited. As simple as standing up and walking short distances has become a challenge now and He's only 40 years old.

We are asking for funding to help us with making his mobility more possible with purchasing a motorized scooter. We are also asking for funding for a portable oxygen concentrator for him due to his heart being so weak, it's been hard for his blood to circulate good oxygen throughout his body.

Unfortunately he's in need of a kidney and a heart transplant but unfortunately he has been taken off the transplant list and basically told due to other factors it's a slim chance for him to get placed back on...
