What was supposed to be Weston’s two-month well-child visit turned into every parent’s nightmare. August 27th turned into a whirlwind of events, from Weston being taken via ambulance to Mercy and then being life-flighted to UC Davis in the early morning hours of August 28th. After two and half weeks in the hospital, the Lord has called Weston Scott Perdue to come home. As you can imagine, this has been the hardest thing Kensie and Cameron, his parents, have experienced. Financials should be the least of their worries, but the Perdues have incurred many expenses during this horrific ordeal. Although Weston is on Cameron’s insurance, we all know they will be stuck with hospital bills that won’t be fully covered by insurance, travel expenses, food expenses, as well as parking passes per day. The family will use a portion of the donations for an urn for their angel. Above all else, praying is what is most important, for peace that surpasses all understanding, and comfort. Any donations not used to cover expenses will be donated to UCD or to research that supports Wes’s diagnosis. We would be grateful if you share this across your social media platforms. Any and all donations are greatly appreciated by the family.
