Aid Virginie, Zoe, and Wasabi in Crisis Recovery
Donation protected
Our dear friend Virginie Drouot is one of the Pacific Palisades families who had to evacuate her home on Tuesday, January 7th. Her building is standing but Zoe, Wasabi, and Virginie have been displaced from their home due to to the fires. She is waiting to hear from authorities when they will be able to enter their apartment. Although they will be able to retrieve some of their belongings, the smoke damage is all over, their entire neighborhood and schools are destroyed, no utilities for a good while and the air is unbreathable. So much destruction as you know surrounds their building. Zoe’s school Pali High burned and she is a senior... her life completely has been turned upside down, as she will have to do zoom school remotely temporarily until they can find another campus to do in person again, and for their in-person Graduation, since a good portion of Pali High burned and will take months to rebuilt and give access to students again.
Please support Virginie, Zoe and Wasabi. Your contributions will help them through this challenging time for unexpected costs and to get back on their feet.
Anyone who knows Virginie, who has worked in production in the film industry for 20 years, knows that she is someone who has always gone out of her way to help anyone in need, and I hope that her caring and generous nature can be reflected back to her in this time of need. Thank you
