Aid Vincent's Ongoing Cancer Journey

Hello, my name is Vincent in the spring of 2022 I was diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma of the throat and tongue base and lymph nodes. In the 4 months following I had 35 radiations and 6 chemotherapy treatments, it was the worst time of my life I lost over 100 pounds and my white blood count went to zero I was then hospitalized for a week and built up many hospital bills. My throat will never be the same because my epiglottis was damaged during radiation treatments. I still have swallowing issues and my teeth have been cracking from the radiation treatments. I’m still receiving bills from the treatments.

In July of 2024 I went to the doctor for extreme back pain, he sent to the hospital and they discovered I had a fractured back and incurable cancer in my spine, chest, stomach and pelvis. They told me it's incurable but treatable. I am now in the process of chemo treatments currently and they will continue for at least 2 more years. I've had to have my back fused in my spine and need neck surgery after my chemotherapy is done. I've always been a proud person who was never behind paying my bills, but now I can't keep up with all the cost of medical bills and I'm also diabetic I use insulin four times a day. My doctor has told me to make sure I get plenty of protein/ electrolytes in my body everyday to help me through treatments, so I have been buying protein drinks / Gatorade which are not cheap but it has helped me so far.

I'm looking for support to help me with my medical bills/copays and groceries or transportation (gas card) to and from all my doctors. I would greatly appreciate anything anyone could do.
