Victor Anderson: A Testament to Family and Community

My name is Victor Anderson, and I have spent 56 years of my life dedicated to both the construction and film industries. Over the past 40 years, I have honed my skills in construction, and for the last 30 years, I have been proud to work in the film industry as a carpenter, prop maker, and construction coordinator. This work has allowed me to combine my passion for craftsmanship with creativity, making lasting contributions to projects that entertain and engage.

I am blessed to share my life with my wonderful wife of 21 years, and together we have raised 14 children and welcomed 19 grandchildren into our family. My love for people drives me, and I cherish every relationship I have built along this journey.

However, life has taken an unexpected turn. In November 2024, I received a diagnosis of bladder cancer, and I am scheduled for surgery on December 5, 2024. With this diagnosis means I am unable to work, which raises concerns about our financial stability. We have some savings and I am receiving state disability, but it is not enough to ease the burden on my wife during my recovery.
