Hi, I'm a 22-year-old guy living in Greensboro, North Carolina, with a lot of really close friends. I manage a band, and my friends call me the life of any event.

I was diagnosed with a heart condition called CPVT 2 years ago, with an estimated 10 years left to live. I had to get an emergency surgery to install a defibrillator to prevent me from dying of sudden cardiac death. Recently, I was told by my cardiologist that they believe they misdiagnosed me. After that news, I then had another heart surgery, a catheter ablation, to cut the connection between my adrenaline glands and my heart. Unfortunately, the surgery wasn't successful, and I'm having to go in again in less than 3 weeks.

In my day-to-day life, it doesn't matter what I'm doing; anything that can cause an adrenaline rush, anxiety, exercise, and any other forms of exertion can cause my heart to suddenly stop via arrhythmia. This has made it difficult to follow any of my passions or to even be passionate in general, as that could literally kill me.

I've gone through long-term monitoring of my condition over the past 2 years, getting a defibrillator installed and having a catheter ablation.

The next plan is another catheter ablation, which will hopefully cure me of my condition and extend my life significantly.

The money is for my bills and to help me get back on my feet. During my last surgery, which was only 2 months ago, I had to use all my PTO at work, and I won't have any income for over a month.

My goal for the GoFundMe is to make the same amount as the wages I would lose due to the surgery: $2,000.
