My dad, Darell Barry Sr., or as most know him, 'TONY,' fell into a fire pit at home back in July and has been in between hospital stays and the nursing home trying to rehabilitate from his injuries. He’s had setbacks with infections in his body, and at the moment, he can’t walk on his own due to his burn injuries keeping him in bed for so long and losing his strength. He’s had a really tough time health-wise since 2018. A week before retirement from his job in 2018, he had a heart attack and needed a quadruple bypass, and in 2023, he had a stroke.
