Hello, my name is Tom. I’m starting this for long-term financial help. we can not find the car that caused the wreck to hold responsible. I was in a bad wreck on 4/14/25 due to a car swerving towards my semi on the interstate, for reasons unknown. I swerved away in efforts to avoid hurting someone else due to their actions, which caused my semi to roll. Upon rolling the truck, I was ejected (thankfully). However, now I am left with a lot of uncertainties as far as long-term effects.

I have a severe concussion, broken teeth, 9 broken/cracked ribs, bruised lungs, an interior crack of my L3, 2 tendons in my hand that needed repair, a handful of head lacerations, as well as nasal fractures and swelling throughout my face/head. Proceeds will go towards any treatment/ bills that work comp doesn’t cover, as well as other bills.

I’m thankful I’m able to see another day and thankful for any and all help. Won’t lie, this feels really weird asking strangers to help with something they had no part of.
