Help for Tina's Family: Funeral and Medical Costs

On the morning of August 22, 2024, my coworker Tina received the worst phone call you could ever imagine. Her daughter, Kyla, and Kyla’s two small children had been involved in a horrible car accident. The accident claimed the life of her one-year-old grandson and injured her three year-old grandson and her daughter. Kyla is now in the ICU and Tina is planning a funeral. This fundraiser will help with funeral arrangements and growing medical expenses as Kyla recovers. Please donate if you are able, and please pray for healing and strength for the whole family through this unimaginable tragedy.

Update, 8/27/24:

Kyla is currently still in the hospital recovering. She has undergone 3 surgeries on her leg, arm, and nose over the last several days. She is making amazing progress on her healing journey, however continues to have surgeries ahead of her. She is able to sit up with support now and is starting to learn how to roll over with medical supports due to her numerous spinal fractures, pelvis fractures & her leg having external hardware! Her 3-year-old son has made amazing strides on his recovery journey and is enjoying his time with family as he continues to recover.  

Her 12-year-old son, who thankfully was not in the car at the time of the accident, continues to be supported by family as he learns how to navigate this new life with his mom & brother! We ask that you keep everyone in the family in your prayers!
