Aid Timmy's Healing After Attack

We had Timmy since he was about 12 weeks he is now 6 yrs turning 7 in July. This week has been a lot to our family Timmy was attacked while my father was walking him on his daily walks. A dog that had gotten out of his home came running towards him and bit him on the neck. His owners and my dad tried to get him off Timmy. Once they did, my dad tried running back home to bring him back safely but the dog ran to him again. We were not able to get any information on the other owners as my dad was trying to get the dog to get away from Timmy. We ran him to the hospital as we saw him bleeding and they stated that he has open wound with an infection which requires a catalyst on him to release any blood/pus and about 8 stitches. My mom has to stay at home to make sure he does not scratch and have any symptoms to his antibiotics and pain relievers. Our bill is $1,776. We ask for any support to help pay for his bill as it was something we did not expect.
