Hi, my name is Amanda, and I’m reaching out for help for my sweet 5-month-old kitten, Theo.

Theo was recently admitted to the animal hospital where he was diagnosed with a liver shunt—a serious condition that’s causing dangerous levels of ammonia to build up in his brain. He’s currently in critical care and needs to be hospitalized overnight before undergoing life-saving surgery.

This little guy means the world to me, and seeing him in pain has been heartbreaking. I want to do everything I can to give him the chance he deserves, but the costs are overwhelming.
