Jessica Snyder and her husband, Alex, were in California for her brother-in-law's graduation in mid-May. Upon returning, Jess was extremely fatigued, seldom being able to stay awake after 6:30 PM. Near the end of May, she got lost driving home and wrecked her car in a ditch. It was time for the hospital. She has been hospitalized since June 2nd with something evasive to doctors in Vermont and Boston.

As of August 16th, the leading belief is B-Cell Central Nervous System Lymphoma. It has almost killed her twice. She's been suffering from an autoimmune attack that has brought on edema (brain swelling), which is complicating everything. She is the first case Beth Israel Hospital has seen of CNS Lymphoma and Edema.

Typically, this cancer would have been found within a few short weeks of being hospitalized, but circumstances have not worked in Jess's favor. Her case is advanced.

Due to the prolonged hospitalization, she has run out of time for her short-term leave with her employer. They have been incredible in the amount of time and care they have put into her! With an astonishing swing in finances on the horizon, this GoFundMe has been started to help the Snyder family get through the time until Jess can potentially qualify for long-term disability.
