Lewis is a retired military veterans who dedicated their lives to protecting our freedoms. Lewis, continued to give back to the community, working for many years at Westinghouse. They both retired from Westinghouse . Their lives have been a testament to resilience, courage, and unwavering commitment to family and country.
However, this past hurricane brought devastation that no one could have anticipated. After the storm passed, the Rhymers were without power but thought they were safe in their home, but tragedy struck when a fire ignited, consuming their cherished house and everything they owned in mere moments. In an instant, they lost not only their home but also the memories, the photographs, and the irreplaceable treasures that filled their lives with joy and love.
Living with them were a son Michael and a daughter,Crystal and a grandson Sidney. The Rhymers face daily challenges with health issues. . The Rhymers have always been a pillar of strength for one another, but the weight of this disaster has become almost unbearable.
As they navigate the aftermath of the fire, the family is faced with the task of rebuilding their lives from scratch. They have lost everything—clothes, furniture, personal belongings, . They have been displaced, living in temporary accommodations, and the uncertainty of the future weighs heavily on each of them.
