Hello everyone,

My name is Vanessa, and my husband and I are facing one of the hardest seasons of our lives. I lost my job in December 2024, and after months of trying to recover and find new work, my husband was wrongfully terminated from his job in August 2025. Around that same time, we also lost our only vehicle, making it even harder to get to interviews and provide for our family.

We’ve been actively searching for work since losing our jobs, but the process has been slow and challenging especially with the massive uptick of unemployment in the US. With two young children at home and another baby on the way, we’re doing everything we can to stay strong and keep up with rent, utilities, and basic necessities — but right now, we’re now facing homelessness and need help.

Any amount you can give will go directly toward keeping a roof over our heads, food on the table, and ensuring we can get to interviews and appointments as we continue our job search while preparing for a new baby. Even a share means the world to us.
