Help the Minder Family in Naples, Florida Recover from Hurricane Milton's Impact

Just two years ago, Hurricane Ian took their home and most everything in it along with their sense of security. After rebuilding and still recovering financially on their own, they were just starting to find their footing when Hurricane Milton hit.

This time, they were more prepared—personal items were cleared out ahead of time, furniture was lifted, and the house was fortified with waterproof tape, tarps, and sandbags. But despite their best efforts, water still found its way in. While the flooding didn’t look as severe as Ian, sea water still creates extreme damage. The water trapped in the walls demands all drywall to be removed to the flood line. The flooring will need to be completely removed to avoid mold. They are waiting for power to return and remain hopeful that their appliances and AC are still in working order.

This family has shown incredible resilience, but the financial toll is completely overwhelming. They need our help to repair their home and get back on their feet. Any donation, big or small, will make a huge difference in helping them recover from this second devastating blow.
