On March 10th, a dear friend and mentor of mine, Christopher Farr, lost his house to a fire. While Chris and his family got out safely, they lost everything inside, from clothes and tools to photographs and cherished family mementos. Our goal of this fundraiser is not only to help Chris, his wife, and his children recover from this devastating event, but also to provide them the support that such an impactful family like theirs deserves in their hardest times.
Chris lives a life of service to others, going on 16 years in the US Army, and is a dedicated family man who brings a positive energy to all those who are fortunate enough to know him. I have had the honor to be working alongside him the last 6 months at Fort Campbell, and in that time he has grown to be a mentor and friend of mine that I am honored to call a brother. It pains our entire community to witness Chris and his family go through this challenging time, especially as he is coming off of a recent foot surgery that has added to his burden.
Please consider donating as much as you can as the Farr family has to replace household goods, clothing, and basic necessities, while having to cover the expenses of living in this difficult period. Chris has done so much for so many people throughout his career, and has always persevered through adversity. With such a loss, his family should not have to overcome this alone. Please consider the chance to grant the Farr family the support they need during this difficult time.
