Aid the Astalis Family: Fire Recovery

Hi all, this is Lucia and Julia. We are posting on behalf of our dear friend Mary and her family, who lost their house to the Altadena Eaton Fire.

Steadfast, resourceful father Michael, who diligently runs their family business. Sweet, kind mother Paula, who cooks the heartiest meals while singing greetings to guests. Loving, hardworking daughter Mary, who works alongside her father and is faithfully the mom of her friend group. Brilliant, determined son Michael "Mikey," who is striving towards his civil engineering degree.

This strong, sweet family's home, filled with precious memories and cherished belongings, along with their family business, were among the countless destroyed by the devastating fires. By the grace of God they were able to evacuate safely and unharmed, but they are now facing the daunting reality of being without a home. Please help them begin the long and challenging process of rebuilding their lives.

Those who know the Astalis's know that they are dedicated members of the Altadena community. Even the night they were evacuated, Mary was sending out messages that anyone who didn't know where to turn amidst all the uncertainty would be welcomed by her family. They always have lots of love and support to give, but now they need ours.

We are reaching out to friends, family, and kind-hearted individuals for help. Your contributions will go directly toward providing essential support for Mary, Mikey and their parents, including temporary housing, clothing, food, and resources they need to start anew.
