Yesterday evening, the Mathews family’s world was turned upside down. Terry Mathews, a devoted father of four and the primary provider for his family, was bitten by a cottonmouth snake and is currently in the ICU. His condition is serious, and doctors expect he will be out of work for at least a month as he recovers.

His wife, Kristina, is doing everything she can to hold the family together , going back and forth to the hospital while also caring for their four young children at home. The emotional and financial toll is immense.
