Hello! My name is Abrielle Marcum, and I am a junior at Talawanda High School in Oxford, Ohio. For the last two years, I have dedicated countless hours of my time to help students in the district when it comes to homework and even school supplies. This year, I’d like to focus on helping the students that I do not personally know. Many students in our district have overdrawn lunch accounts and overdue school fees.

With school fees (specifically Chromebook fees) being overdue, it causes alot of stress on families. They have to buy school supplies, clothes, pack lunches, etc. And then come to open house and see the money they owe. Students need their chromebooks to do homework inside and outside of school. Without this fee being paid, it puts a damper on their education.

So, with that being said, I would like to make it my goal to raise $2,500 for the district! Yes, I understand that this is ALOT of money. But, I truly believe that as a community, we can do it!
