Aid Sunka's Recovery from Bone Disease

Hi, my name is John and I'm trying to raise money for my fur baby, Sunka. He's an Alaskan Malamute that just turned 3 this past November. Towards the end of February, we went for a walk, and I noticed that he was limping. I took him to his vet where X-rays of his leg were taken. His X-ray showed an abnormal growth in his leg. The preliminary diagnosis was osteosarcoma, which is a very aggressive type of bone cancer, but only a bone biopsy would either confirm or negate if it was cancer. A bone biopsy was done along with other tests. The bone biopsy results came back, and the lab said they couldn't tell if it was cancer, but they did determine he might have a serious fungal infection called fungal osteomyelitis, which he is being treated for now with antifungal meds and meds for his pain.

My problem is I'm retired and live on social security along with a small part-time job. But with the cost of his bone biopsy, all his meds, and more X-rays that will probably have to be taken in the next few weeks, I'm having a hard time covering all his vet costs. I love my Sunka so much; he fills my life with so much joy. One of the greatest feelings is when I come home and he's so happy to see me. For me, that's something that can never be replaced. So I'm asking for some help from you good people. Any help will be greatly appreciated ❤️ thank you
