Support Star and Jacob After Their Wedding Day Accident.

Donation protected
April 17th was a sacred day. Windy, yes—but breathtaking. Beneath open skies and surrounded by those who love them most, Star and Jacob stood hand in hand and stepped into a new beginning. Their wedding was full of joy, beauty, heartfelt vows, and radiant love.

It was breathtakingly beautiful…
Until the beauty turned into something that took everyone’s breath away for a very different reason.

Later that evening, Star suffered a serious fall at the reception—resulting in a skull fracture and brain hemorrhage. She was rushed by ambulance to the ER and admitted into the ICU and trauma department, where she spent several days under close monitoring and care.

By God’s grace, she is expected to make a full recovery, with no memory loss or lasting cognitive damage. Still, the road ahead requires rest, therapy, and time. Star is currently unable to work or drive, and once her limited paid time off is exhausted, she’ll face several weeks without income.

Yet through it all, Star and Jacob have shown extraordinary strength, faith, and grace. Their attitude has overflowed with hope and resilience—even in the face of pain and uncertainty.

During the ceremony, the officiating minister, Bishop Duane White—Star’s pastor from childhood—shared these words:

“You’ve always lived up to your name—a radiant presence, full of light and life… You’ve worked so hard to become a counselor, helping others navigate their pain. That heart to heal and uplift—it’s not just your profession. It’s your calling.”

Now, it’s our turn to uplift her.

And Jacob—though just beginning his journey as a husband—has already shown himself to be a man of quiet strength and deep character. A steady presence. A safe place. He is Star’s anchor in this storm—and their love is already proving its strength.

In their very first week as a married couple, Star and Jacob have faced a trial no one could have imagined—with faith, courage, peace, and even humor. They are walking through this season with grace far beyond their years.

This GoFundMe has been created to help ease some of the burden—covering medical expenses, lost wages, and essential living costs—so they can focus on what matters most: recovery, healing, and the life they are just beginning together.

We believe in this couple. We believe in their future. And we believe that even this painful moment will only deepen their bond.

Please consider giving if you’re able, and sharing with those who may want to help.
Every gift—large or small—is a tangible way to say: You’re not alone. We’re with you.

Most of all, please keep them in your prayers.

Thank you for being part of their story.
