In Memory of Katherine "Kit" Meigs Morales

On April 27th, 2025, Katherine "Kit" Meigs Morales unexpectedy passed away. Join us in remembering Kit's life in support of Sophia. All donations will go towards educational expenses for Sophia.

Sophia was born in 2017 and instantly became the center of her mother's loving adoration. Kit enjoyed exploring the Sonoran desert trails throughout her adopted Arizona home and she passed this love for hiking to her daughter and best hiking buddy, Sophia, who will carry her mother's legacy forward. As Kit's cousin, I'll always remember Kit's laugh, her sass, and her beautiful smile that could instantly light up an entire room. When I was a kid, I always hoped to someday to be as stylish, and effortlessly kind as she was.

Kit is survived by her daughter Sophia, loving mother Linda Meigs, brothers Brandon and Doug Meigs, ex-husband Nathan Morales, and an extended family across the United States. She was preceded in death by her brother Connor, father John, and grandparents Madeline and Robert Meigs, and Pauline and Francis Sorensen.
