Aid Shannon's Family in Overcoming Hardships

Hello, my name is Shannon.

I’m a single mother to a wonderful teenage son, and I’m currently a full-time pre-med student while also working part-time at a dermatology clinic. Like so many families, we’ve been doing our best to make ends meet, but the rising cost of living in Fredericksburg, Texas, has made it impossible for us to stay.

We’re preparing to move to a more affordable area so I can continue pursuing my dream of becoming a doctor and allow my son to stay at his current school. Unfortunately, our plans have been upended by an unexpected crisis—my son was recently diagnosed with pneumonia. His illness brought additional medical expenses and forced me to miss work, leaving us with less money for our moving costs.

I’m reaching out for help so we can cover our initial moving expenses and start this new chapter with hope instead of fear. Every donation, no matter the size, will help us get back on our feet and ensure my son recovers without added stressors.
