Howdy my name is Sebastian, I was a passenger in a horrific car wreck with a semi and was left with life changing injuries and learning to walk again, I'm unable to work due to being bed ridden from recovery so I need some help to be able to survive and get food for me and my dogs and transport to my doctor appointments and surgeries.
