Aid Sarah's Fight with Stage 3 Cancer

Hello; my name is Amy and I am raising funds for my beautiful friend Sarah Kelly. In mid April Sarah found a large lump on her chest, upon further testing she was diagnosed with stage 3, grade 3 invasive distal carcinoma 2 weeks later. The tumor grew very fast and was removed mid June. She has been off work at Italian Villa since her first surgery. She has now had 2 surgeries to remove the tumor and a very large clot that was in her breast. At the beginning of August she started chemo, the “red devil” A/C. She had 8 weeks of that treatment. She then came down with bronchitis and pneumonia which delayed the start of her second round of chemo, Taxol. Once she began Taxol the side effects were too much and she was switched to Abraxane. The side effects of which has been horrific leaving her with crippling headaches and extreme nausea. She has 7 more weekly treatments of this drug; then she will have to begin aggressive radiation; 19 rounds. 5 days a week. All of this is in Dansville and she currently does not have a vehicle due to hers being in the repair shop since August. In addition to this she is currently 2 months behind on rent and has yet to receive any disability or public assistance. Sarah is an amazing mom of 3 boys; one of whom is only 5.
